We are also compounding flavored theophylline liquids. Lastly, we are compounding theophylline immediate release and SR capsules. The commercially available tablets were extended release so we will check with your veterinarian as to whether or not they want your pet to continue that, particular dosage form. Per my vet’s instructions, I have emailed requesting availability and procedure for him to send the script. I am not sure if I am sending it to the right place, as I have not heard back. Can you help us in New York state?
Unfortunately we are not licensed in New York State. If you have friends or family in Ohio, we should ship it to them and they could forward it to you. Since Theophylline has gone on backorder we have been compounding a lot of it. It seems like we are the only compounder who has noticed that this medication has gone on backorder, maybe that is why we are getting contacted from people all over the country. If you don’t have anyone in Ohio that we could ship it to, I’d be willing to bed that if you located some compounding pharmacies in New York, they may be able to help you.
Are you only liscensed to fill this for the state of Ohio? We’re investigating moving back to Theophylline due to the price spike or in Terbutaline. We’re located in Missouri.

Unfortunately, we are only licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida. If you have friends or family in any of those states we are allowed to mail the prescription to them and you could get the prescription from your friends.
