  1. I dont have ED but I do have a very small penis. Does a pump make your penis bigger? Will it stay bigger after I take the pump off and begin to make love to my wife? Also will using a pump for (say 6 months) help me to become larger on my own?

    1. The penis pump is not designed to enlarge your penis size, long term. The penis will obviously get bigger when you use the pump because blood is being drawn into the penis. The penis will then be erect and the rings that go around the base of the penis will hold the blood in the penis so you will remain erect. That being said, your penis size will probably not be too much larger than when you are erect, naturally, on your own accord.

      1. Update — Frequently after proctectomy, the penis can shrink and is a common complaint of men. Using a penis pump can, in fact increase length in these cases. In these cases you should up for approximately 2-3 weeks after surgery WITHOUT using a ring for rehab.
